Between 2016 and December 2022, ASLA Construction undertook the bulk- and internal civil and electrical engineering services for 1 161 erven and 1 840 residential opportunities at Cape-Flats based Forest Village, Blue Downs.
Our final home construction scope for this Department of Human Settlement’s development comprised 439 FLISP (finance linked individual subsidy programme) and 1 401 BNG (breaking new ground units), in a variety of single-, semi-, and multiple-attached simplexes and duplexes.
