As a privately owned and managed enterprise, ASLA prides itself on the relationship between its employees.

ASLA staff have a culture of long and dedicated service. Many employees obtained their positions at ASLA early in their careers and are with the company to this day. The top management team collectively brings in excess of 600 year’s worth of construction experience to the table.

ASLA leadership relate strongly to the ASLA team because they understand construction and have grown up in construction, on-site. This offers our clients the prerequisite experience on which they may rely on to deliver projects as promised.

To grow our people is a priority for the organisation. For this purpose, ASLA has a focus on training employees and growing their experience and capabilities toward internal growth and promotion.

ASLA has a lively bursary programme and is a founding participant in the Ukhetha Academy which supports our growing construction leaders with additional, in-service training throughout their careers.
