Many employees obtained their positions at ASLA early in their careers and remained – these include both site based (example civil engineering bursars, or machine operators who began their careers as labourers on site) as well as office and workshop based staff. Read some of their stories here.
Our management team collectively boasts more than 700 years’ worth of construction experience.
Our leadership has been very hands on and come up through the ranks, they are able to relate to our ASLA site teams and the challenges they may face on-site. This also means that our clients can rely on our vast experience to deliver their projects, as promised.
